The Executive Edge: Administrative Professionals Events in Las Vegas, Houston

It’s easy to overlook the work that goes into keeping a business running smoothly. Yet many executive meetings, trips, and milestones depend on administrative professionals who serve as the connective tissue of organizational life.

For more than 25 years, Urbanride has worked closely with these professionals to ensure seamless ground transportation for their executive partners. Administrative Professionals Day is a natural opportunity for us to pause and recognize the care and precision they bring to their roles every day.

Last week, we joined the administrative professionals community in Las Vegas on Administrative Professionals Day (April 22) for a networking event at Topgolf, a popular entertainment venue. The gathering brought together EAs and administrative leaders for an evening of conversation and appreciation.

Events like this create space for admins – who are often the planners behind the scenes – to let loose and unwind. For Urbanride, it was a chance to connect with a community that has long been central to our work. Many of these professionals turn to us to manage complex travel schedules and ensure that important journeys unfold as intended.

Spending time together outside the workday helps strengthen the relationships that make those collaborations possible.

The Admin Awards season continues this Friday, May 1 at the Royal Sonesta Houston Galleria in Houston, Texas. The gala will bring together administrative professionals from across the Houston area to celebrate outstanding achievements in the field and recognize individuals who exemplify excellence and leadership in their roles.
